Guarantee policy


The warranty period is stated with the article in the Web shop

For all items we supply, the warranty applies to both the boiler and the components. Minimum warranty is 2 years unless stated otherwise with the article in the Web shop. We will always ask you to email a photo of the boiler with connections clearly visible first. In most cases we can deduce from this why and what is defective. As soon as we determine that the component in question is broken and it is under warranty, we will send you a new one.

We do not come on site and do not have technicians and do not reimburse repairs by third parties.

You can of course also choose to return the item so that we can solve the problem in our workshop. We do not connect items and cannot be held liable for the assembly and / or disassembly of your boiler.

Even if the malfunction is covered by warranty. We will always do our utmost to solve the problem quickly so that you have hot water again. If it is not clear whether the malfunction is covered by warranty and we have to view the item ourselves to determine it, it may be that it must be returned.

We can ask you for a contribution for collecting the boiler. If it turns out that the malfunction is covered by the warranty, we will immediately refund the amount to your account.

The warranty expires if you do not observe the installation instructions / maintenance intervals specified by the manufacturer, replace the anode in time and / or do not use the supplied inlet combination.

Always fit a dirt separator with an electric heating system!
